Tom came out and advised on the type of tap we could fit, then came back once we had bought it and fitted it efficiently. He also does our annual boiler service.

Excellent communication from Tom and on time.. he sorted my boiler out after years of it playing up and two other plumbers looking at it and couldn’t work out why it made such a loud noise.
